School Meals

How to order School meals?


Menus consist of two main choices and a third option of a jacket potato with fillings. A small salad bar is provided daily along with bread: these are offered as extras at no extra cost. We will also supply yoghurts and fresh fruit as alternatives to the main pudding.


Please ask if your child has special dietary requirements, as we are usually able to help.


What’s for lunch?


We have a lovely selection of food here for the children. All of the dishes are made in-house by our catering team.

How to pay for School meals?


The price of a meal is £2.30 for a hot lunch and dessert.


Payment should be made by the Wednesday before the week in which your child will be having dinners. Late payments for dinners will only be accepted in emergency circumstances e.g. on Monday morning, if your child is absent on Thursday/ Friday


You may also  pay with ParentPay. 


All payments should be sent in to school in an envelope, clearly marked with the child’s name, class, amount enclosed and for what days your child will be eating. This is most important to ensure we know you have paid for your child’s meal.


No change will be given, therefore exact cash is required.


If your child is entitled to free school meals, please complete the order sheet as above, to ensure that he/she receives their chosen meal. If you do not do this your child will automatically receive the meat option. If you think your child may be eligible, please contact the school office for details of how to claim.
