Our foundation subjects are grouped together and not taught in isolation. This thematic approach centers around a key text which links to all other curriculum areas. It also encourages pupils to build links between subjects and develop and extend knowledge over time. Based on the national curriculum the subject content is taught sequentially in a fun and creative way which encourages pupils engagement and retention of knowledge. We provide a rich range of learning opportunities and experiences which enables pupils to develop a powerful range of knowledge, vocabulary and skills and to develop as confident, responsible, and articulate learners and citizens now and in the future.
