This year, our Eco Council is embarking on an exciting journey to achieve the Eco Schools Award, a globally recognised program that empowers young people to make a difference in their environment. Our mission is to create a more sustainable school and community by focusing on key topics such as biodiversity, energy use, and other environmental issues that matter to us all.

The Eco Council meets every term to:

• Celebrate successes – recognising the positive changes we’ve made.
• Share ideas – encouraging creativity and collaboration.
• Plan new initiatives – setting goals for the future.

Through these efforts, we aim to inspire everyone in our school to take action, whether it’s reducing energy consumption, protecting local wildlife, or promoting recycling. Together, we can make a real impact and help create a greener, healthier world.
